TR-1 Hand Tool Rack instructions.

The TR-1 rack consist of four parts not including hardware. One each upper and lower vertical post and one each upper and lower horizontal pieces. The upper pieces of both horizontal and vertical parts are the shorter of the two. The lower vertical post attaches to the truck or trailer with the "foot" on top using the two 3/8"x 2" bolts and lock nuts provided. The post must be drilled dead center from side to side and the two holes should be a minimum of ten inches apart vertically. The "foot" on the top vertical post can then be inserted into the "foot" on the bottom post and secured with the locking pin included. (the top post must be slid onto the bottom post a minimum of two hole positions) The upper and lower horizontal pieces can now be attached to the top and bottom of the top vertical post. The top piece attaches with two 5/16"x 2" bolts and lock nuts provided. The bottom piece attaches with two 5/16"x 1" bolts and lock nuts provided. Both horizontal pieces attach with the "lip" facing down. The two black clips attach to the lip on the bottom vertical piece at the ends using two 3/16" machine screws and lock nuts included per clip. These clips are for securing the handle of a "D" handle tool such as a steel spade.

Hardware included: two (2) 5/16"x 1" bolts and lock nuts, two (2) 5/16"x 2" bolts and lock nuts, two (2) 3/8"x 2.5" bolts and lock nuts, four (4) 3/16" machine screws and lock nuts, two (2) spring clips, one (1) 5/16" safety clip.
